Sickness Types - Can these be different for each work profile/Country?

We have employees from various countries. For some countries, we can/should for a 'sickness type'. In Canada, we should not ask and simply need to know they are sick. Is it possible for us to have different sickness type options based on the location(i.e. work profiles) of our employees?
