What is it?

The AI Search Assistant allows employees to use natural language to search the content of Company Documents. 


How does it work?

The AI Search Assistant reads your Company Docs and provides employees with answers to their questions and a reference link to the Company Document(s) that it found the answer in.


What if the answer doesn't exist?

The AI Search Assistant will explain that it cannot find the answer. If the employee asks a question that the AI Search Assistant does not understand, then it will ask to rephrase it. If the employee asks a question that is not related to HR documentation, the AI Search Assistant will ask for a different question. 


Can it get the answer wrong?

The AI technology used for this feature is relatively new, and as such may not provide the answer with 100% accuracy. While every effort is made to ensure the tool operates as expected, human intervention may be required to support employee questions.


Which Company Documents are included?

The AI Search Assistant will look through the following: 

  • Company Documents that are shared with All Employees
  • Company Documents that are "File" types


Is my data safe? 

Yes - the AI Search Assistant does not share any data within the Company Documents to anyone outside your user base. 


Is the AI model learning?

No, we do not feed your questions or responses back into an AI learning model.
