Compulsory Leave Dates

Currently only able to apply CSDs to teams.  It would be useful to be able to apply them to individual employees or work profiles since they are very relevant to part time employees where bank holidays are pro rata within overall annual leave allowance and bank holidays are not set as default on leave calendar.
